OFFICE MANAGER
KRB Development, LLC & BES Electric
Peoria, AZ | Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
RELIABILITY IS A MUST
7:00 AM to 3:00 PM means 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
About Us
KRB Development, LLC is a licensed general contractor serving commercial and residential clients across Arizona since 2005, with a BBB A+ rating. Our sister company, BES Electric, is a commercial electrical contractor run by owners who have been in the electrical business since 1988. We're a close-knit, fast-moving team, and we're looking for an Office Manager who will keep both companies organized and running smoothly.
Who We're Looking For
We need someone RELIABLE. That means you show up every day, on time, ready to work, and you do what you say you'll do. Our hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and that means 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM: you are at your desk and working at 7:00, not walking in at 7:10, and you work until 3:00, not leaving early. These hours are part of being reliable, and they are required for this job. Our team and our clients count on this position. If you've had trouble with attendance or keeping a consistent schedule, this is not the job for you.
You're also extremely organized and a true self-starter. You see what needs to be done and handle it without being asked, and when something is new, you figure it out. You keep a professional, positive, drama-free attitude and leave your personal issues outside the office. Able to work with little supervision.
What You'll Do
• Answer phones for both companies and capture every lead in our CRM and JobTread
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, and keep both current and on schedule and provide Owners with reports
• Do bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online, including monthly reconciliations and reports for our CPA
• Process weekly payroll, with time cards and payroll reports
• Track subcontractor W-9s, certificates of insurance and lien releases
• Sales tax filings, insurance renewals and audits
• Review contracts and subcontractor estimates for accuracy
- Keep the company calendar, job files and office organized, both physical and digital
- Process and track jobs from start to finish
- Prepare closeout packets and keep job documents complete in Job Tread
- Take part in weekly team meetings and follow up on action items
- Get trained on the many software programs we use, use them to their full potential, and build new workflows, reports and processes as we grow
Requirements
• RELIABLE: consistent attendance, on time every day, and you follow through on every task
• REQUIRED HOURS: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday – Friday
• Proven office management or administrative experience, construction a strong plus
• Experience with QuickBooks Online
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle several priorities under pressure
• Self-starter who follows procedures and learns new software quickly
• Ability to put processes and procedures in place
• Non-smoker. This includes vaping and other nicotine products.
Nice to Have (Not Required)
• Experience with Go High Level (GHL), especially building or running workflows and automations. If you've done this, tell us in your application!
• Experience with project management software, such as Job Tread, Company Cam or other construction software
What We Offer
• Medical and dental benefits
• Paid holidays
• Paid vacation
• A stable, established company where your work makes a real difference
